Many companies today are frustrated that their staff do not carry their plastic card, certificate or even know if it has a valid certificate. Many don't know when they last did their training or how long it was valid. It is not always easy to keep track of the competences of the whole workforce and the validity of their certificates.

To solve this problem, APV Utbildarna created the Administrator Authorization service for employers, which provides them with a "total overview" service that gives an overview of staff training, certificates and status. This has meant that employers can now easily see when an employee has completed their training, download their certificates and if they need to do a new training, they can directly register the employee on an online course in, for example, Road Works.

Why online learning has taken over the education market

The employee can do the course via computer or mobile and does not have to do the course during working hours but at home in peace and quiet in the evenings or weekends. This service in combination with online training saves both time and money as the employee can continue to be a resource for the company and as an employer you do not have to send a large work group on training and production is stopped.
