ADR 1.3 Web training - Updated to ADR-S 2025
APV Utbildarna's ADR 1.3 online training is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to handle dangerous goods by road, in accordance with the latest regulations of ADR-S 2025. The training is flexible and can be completed online at your own pace
All persons involved in the transportation of dangerous goods shall have received 1.3 training before performing tasks related to the transportation of dangerous goods.
If a person is to perform tasks for which he/she is not trained, this may only be done under the supervision of a trained person. This course is relevant for shippers, carriers and receivers.
The purpose of the training is to make staff aware of the risks and hazards associated with the dangerous goods they handle and the rules that apply. Unlike driver training, approval or authorization from MSB is not required to provide 1.3 training.
MSB does not issue a certificate of completion of this training, but you will receive a certificate of competence after this course.
The training should be given periodically to take account of changing regulations. As the regulations are revised and updated every two years, it is appropriate that the 1.3 training is also repeated every two years. The recurrent training must be documented by the employer.

Target group
For those who transport dangerous goods, work in warehouses, load/unload dangerous goods, classify dangerous goods, issue transport documents, pack dangerous goods according to the estimated quantity exemption up to 1000 points. and other staff involved in the transport of dangerous goods by road or rail.
