How do I order an online training course?
Under online courses you will find all online courses. You select course - number of participants. You then click through to the checkout page where you fill in your company details and participant details. Login is then sent to each individual participant's email address.

When can I access the course after ordering?
You will be logged in automatically after ordering. Login details are also sent directly to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Are you purchasing the course for more than just you, such as employees or coworkers? if so, it may take up to 24 hours for all participants to access the course material.
How long do I have access to the course?

How is the online training structured?
The online courses consist of video, text and sub-questions that are added throughout the course. You can take the course at your own pace at any time of the day. If you have questions, you can ask them in our chat. After completing the course, you can directly download your certificate of competence.
What courses does the Transport Agency require for working on the road?
Road work - Step 1.1: All staff shall have the following generic basic competences:
- Know the health and safety regulations that apply in the workplace and the requirements of the Swedish Transport Administration.
- Know how to create a safe road work site.
- The course covers the laws and regulations that apply to roadworks
Road transport work - Step 1.2: competence requirements for certain drivers of vehicles.
Work on the road Step 1.3: Basic competence to carry out road works or similar works. Personnel carrying out road works or similar works, such as design tasks, management works, on a roadway or associated inner slope (roadside) where passing vehicles are present:
Working on the road - Step 2.2: Competence requirements for certain persons carrying out work on traffic and safety devices, and traffic management. The course is based on the Swedish Transport Administration's competence plan for step 2.2, previously called level 3a 3b.
- Performs the practical work of deploying, maintaining and recovering ground-mounted traffic and safety devices at a fixed work site.

Work on the road stage 3.0 Competence and certification requirements for certain roles in construction management and design services (abbreviated as APV 3.0)
The competence requirement is aimed at both design and construction tasks. Personnel appointed by the contractor or consultant shall pass certification tests for the following tasks:
- Managing and leading teams of staff at stage 2, carrying out work preparations, etc.
- Addressing the needs of road users during design, construction and future maintenance.
- Performing site monitoring, construction management or delivery monitoring in the area of APV.
- Responsible for up-to-date traffic information
Who needs the VPA?
Our 'Working on Roads' course is designed around the Swedish Transport Administration's competency requirements and is intended for anyone involved in roadworks or similar activities. Whether your work involves construction, maintenance or operation, this course will give you the knowledge and skills you need to work safely and effectively.
Is the course registered in Id06?
Under register in id06 on the main menu, you fill in your details for registration in Id06. You do this after completing the training.

How do I get my certificate of competence?
You will receive the certificate immediately after completing the course digitally. It is available to download to have on your mobile or for printing. It is also saved in our system for collection if necessary. - You can book certification exams in Road Work and Winter Road Maintenance in person via the Förarprov website.
Login is done using mobile BankID and it is required that you have a valid ID06 card registered with the Swedish Transport Administration (see point 2) at the time of booking. - To have the result/invoice sent to you, you need to register an e-mail address. You do this under "My details".

- You can choose any office and any free time from the regular hours of the driving test.
- A trial fee will be charged; daytime price 580 SEK excluding VAT, price evenings and weekends 656 SEK excluding VAT
- Payment is made by card (called "Pay now") or by invoice (called "Pay later").
- A receipt can be obtained from the Driving Test Customer Service or outside the test center after you have written the test.

Can you be sanctioned for not having the right skills?
Yes, you can. According to the Swedish Transport Administration, this is stated in each contract and in general provisions and may vary. For contracts created after October 15, 2020, the penalties are written into the contract documents and the following applies:
- A fine of SEK 1000 per person is imposed for non-compliance with the competence requirement according to STEP 1.
- A penalty of SEK 10,000 per person is imposed for non-compliance with the competence requirements under STEPS 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3.
- A fine of SEK 20,000 per person is imposed for non-compliance with the competence requirement according to STEP 3.0.
It says that consent is not registered when I book certification exams?
You have missed that you must register your active ID06 card in the Swedish Transport Administration's registration client and authorize the Swedish Transport Administration to process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Stricter follow-up of APV competence requirements by the transport authority
